Responsibilities
Product knowledge: LLDPE based materials
- Operate and monitor blown film extrusion machines, including W&H 3-layer and 5-layer blown film lines
- Operate and maintain unit mono-layer and triple-layer blown film lines.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and ensure high-quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with extrusion equipment.
- Monitor material feed, film quality, and machine performance throughout the production process.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Plastics Film industry experience in operating blown film 5 layers
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Aware of trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field) or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with W&H 3-layer and 5-layer blown film lines
- Experience and familiar with mono-layer and triple-layer blown film lines.
